- Manage corporate documentation and compliance records for weekend operations
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and executive support services
- Oversee weekend logistics including vendor relationships and inventory management
- Prepare operational reports and performance analytics for senior leadership
- Ensure adherence to corporate security protocols and access control systems
- Support weekend client relations and stakeholder communications
- Facilitate weekend team meetings and documentation of action items
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate operations or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate management software
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on weekends
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with compliance documentation and record-keeping
