Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend operational activities including system monitoring, reporting, and critical issue resolution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute weekend projects and maintenance schedules
- Generate comprehensive performance reports and analytics for executive leadership
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend operational efficiency
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend stakeholder communications
- Maintain compliance with corporate security protocols and data protection standards
- Train and mentor weekend staff on operational procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of corporate operations or project management experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and occasional holidays
- Professional certification (PMP, Six Sigma) strongly preferred
