Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily office operations and administrative procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle complex travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records, including filing systems, databases, and confidential documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, presentations, and operational analysis for senior management.
- Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
- Support project management initiatives by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate operations, administrative assistance, or project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional off-site meetings.
