Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, providing clear updates, managing expectations, and fostering strong relationships.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current corporate workflows and implement innovative solutions to improve productivity and operational excellence.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project team members, conducting performance reviews and professional development to cultivate a high-performing culture.
- Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate resources to maximize efficiency and ensure project milestones are met effectively.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive project reports and analytics to track progress and communicate value to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in corporate project management or operations management.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar project management software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
