Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business leads within the local market.
- Present and demonstrate our corporate solutions to prospective clients to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system regarding client interactions and sales data.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, customer service, or a similar corporate role is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of leads.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client meetings.
