Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol 1.2M sq ft corporate campus
- Respond to alarms and investigate security incidents with precision
- Enforce access control policies for 500+ employees and visitors
- Document all security activities in digital reports and incident logs
- Coordinate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct regular safety audits of facility infrastructure
- Maintain communication with overnight operations teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate security experience
- Valid CA Guard Card and firearms certification
- Proficient in C-CURE and Genetec surveillance systems
- First Aid/CPR certification required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours nightly
- Clear background check and drug-free
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience with report writing and evidence handling
