Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV systems and patrols to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or security breaches
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies with swift, professional protocols
- Conduct thorough security inspections of facilities, equipment, and access points
- Generate detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical events
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors during night operations
- Operate advanced security systems including access control and biometric scanners
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; security certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years corporate security or law enforcement experience
- Valid New Mexico Security Guard License
- Strong observational skills and crisis management abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Proficient in report writing and digital security systems
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
