Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alerts in real-time
- Conduct regular patrols of corporate facilities and perimeter areas
- Enforce access control protocols for personnel and visitors
- Document security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Operate advanced security technology including CCTV, alarm systems, and access control software
- Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary company information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of corporate or industrial security experience
- Valid Indiana Security Guard License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient with surveillance systems and access control technology
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to remain alert and make critical decisions during overnight shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
