Responsibilities
- Monitor building access points and surveillance systems to prevent unauthorized entry
- Conduct regular patrols of corporate facilities and perimeter areas
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Implement and enforce corporate security policies and procedures
- Oversee visitor access control and badge management systems
- Collaborate with IT teams on cybersecurity physical access protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years corporate or high-level security experience
- Valid Massachusetts Class A or B Security License
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficient with surveillance technology and access control systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and climb stairs
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
