Responsibilities
- Lead team of 8-10 security officers during night shift operations
- Implement and enforce corporate security protocols across 500k sq ft facility
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security incidents in real-time
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability audits
- Manage access control systems for executive suites and data centers
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security briefings
- Train security staff on emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years corporate security experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Valid Indiana Security Guard License + CPR/First Aid certification
- Proficiency with CCTV systems and access control software
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Excellent written communication for incident reporting
- Knowledge of OSHA and corporate security standards
- Must pass background check and drug screening
