Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain corporate server health and data integrity during weekend operations.
- Perform routine security audits and patch management to protect sensitive corporate data.
- Analyze system logs to troubleshoot performance issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless handover of critical projects and data status.
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders regarding ERP and CRM software usage.
- Document technical procedures and update knowledge bases for weekend support teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, or data operations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages for data manipulation.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
