- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and concise reporting
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or career changer with Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related field
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and methodologies
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client site visits
