Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain corporate hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support to 150+ employees across multiple departments
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols including VPN, firewalls, and access controls
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and SaaS application integrations
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for system upgrades and maintenance
- Lead IT projects including hardware refreshes and software deployments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in corporate IT support or systems administration
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Strong knowledge of network security best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work occasional off-hours
