Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, executives, and team members to ensure transparency.
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and timeline adherence.
- Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
- PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in the Technology, SaaS, or Software Development industry.
- Strong proficiency in Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Reliable transportation for hybrid office attendance in downtown Seattle.
