Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-level software development initiatives
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure sprint deliverables align with business objectives
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and budgets
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and tools
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech/software development
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong background in risk management and budget oversight (>$5M projects)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
