Responsibilities

- Manage stakeholder communications across executive, technical, and client teams
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks using quantitative analysis
- Track KPIs and deliverables using JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Drive continuous process improvements for team efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/software development
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks with scaled implementations
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
- Experience with enterprise-level SaaS or fintech projects
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
