- Oversee all weekend operational activities including facility management, vendor coordination, and security protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams of 5-7 weekend staff to achieve departmental KPIs
- Implement and optimize corporate processes for weekend-specific workflows
- Act as primary weekend liaison for executive leadership and emergency response
- Conduct weekly operational audits and generate performance reports
- Develop weekend staffing schedules and conduct performance evaluations
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition of operational tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate operations experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven expertise in process optimization and change management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Professional certification (PMP, Six Sigma) preferred
