Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend corporate operations, ensuring 100% compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with department heads to maintain seamless workflow during off-peak hours
- Lead and mentor weekend staff through performance reviews, training, and conflict resolution
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement data-driven improvements to efficiency metrics
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts critical to weekend operations
- Develop and execute contingency plans for operational disruptions
- Prepare executive-level weekend performance reports for senior leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate operations management
- Proven track record of leading weekend/hybrid shift teams
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Suite
