Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend corporate operations including facilities management, vendor coordination, and emergency response protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams across departments to maintain service excellence during non-standard hours
- Implement and optimize operational procedures using advanced enterprise software systems
- Conduct weekly compliance audits and prepare executive performance reports for senior leadership
- Manage weekend staffing schedules, payroll processing, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with global partners across time zones to ensure 24/7 operational continuity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and KPI monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate operations with weekend shift management
- Proficiency in enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong leadership background with demonstrated team-building capabilities
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to make critical decisions under pressure
