Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations team of 8-10 professionals across finance, IT, and client services
- Execute strategic operational plans with 99.5% service level target achievement
- Coordinate with weekday leadership teams for handover and alignment
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage weekend KPIs including response times, resolution rates, and client satisfaction
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and development sessions
- Act as primary escalation point for weekend operational issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate operations management with weekend shift experience
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in matrixed environments
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Jira
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder reporting
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in B2B tech or professional services industry
