Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and logistics for the weekend shift to ensure business continuity.
- Manage, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for a team of corporate associates.
- Monitor KPIs and generate detailed weekly reports for regional management.
- Handle escalated client inquiries and internal escalations with professionalism and speed.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate compliance, safety, and operational protocols.
- Coordinate with regional teams to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate operations or logistics.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday through Monday) as required.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
