Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate weekend staff to achieve performance targets and service excellence
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and facility security
- Implement corporate policies and procedures to maintain compliance and safety standards
- Coordinate cross-functional communications between weekend and weekday teams
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage incident response and emergency protocols during weekend shifts
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports for executive leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in corporate management with weekend shift leadership experience
- Proven track record of team development and performance optimization
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and corporate compliance regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (required for occasional site visits)
