Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts, ensuring optimal performance across all departments
- Lead and mentor weekend team members through daily briefings and performance coaching
- Implement and improve operational procedures using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition and handover processes
- Monitor KPIs and generate weekend performance reports for executive review
- Manage inventory, logistics, and resource allocation for weekend operations
- Resolve escalated customer and vendor issues with executive-level discretion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years corporate operations experience with 2+ years in shift leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing weekend operations or high-volume scheduling
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication abilities with executive presence
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process certification
