Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Validate solutions against business objectives through UAT
- Document project artifacts with clear, actionable insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with federal government projects
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and requirements management tools
- Ability to deliver concise executive summaries for technical audiences
