You'll work directly with HR leaders across Chicago's corporate landscape, identifying talent for roles ranging from executive positions to specialized technical functions. Our platform eliminates payroll delays, allowing candidates to access earnings immediately after work completion - a game-changer in today's competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for corporate clients in Chicago's financial, tech, and manufacturing sectors
- Leverage our daily pay platform to attract top-tier candidates seeking immediate compensation access
- Build and maintain relationships with HR directors and talent acquisition leaders at 50+ partner companies
- Conduct targeted outreach to passive candidates through LinkedIn, industry events, and our proprietary network
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations with daily pay incentives
- Analyze market trends to position candidates for premium compensation packages with same-day pay options
- Collaborate with our payroll team to ensure seamless daily pay implementations for new hires
Qualifications
- 5+ years corporate recruitment experience with focus on mid-to-senior level roles in Chicago market
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups
- Expertise in leveraging daily pay platforms to attract and retain top talent
- Strong network within Chicago's corporate HR and executive communities
- ATS proficiency (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar) with data-driven recruitment strategies
- Ability to articulate daily pay value proposition to both candidates and client organizations
- Certification in corporate recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred)
- Deep understanding of Illinois labor laws and corporate compliance requirements
