Responsibilities

- Collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs and position requirements
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and compliance documentation
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes for efficiency
- Represent the company at career fairs and industry events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret recruitment data
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certification (SHRM-CP or CPHR) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment technology tools
