Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging tech trends such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Connectivity.
- Oversee the R&D budget and allocate resources to high-impact projects with measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with broader business goals and market opportunities.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineering and technical leads, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all platforms.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech thought leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management or directorial role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex, multi-year technology transformations.
- Deep technical expertise in at least one major domain (e.g., Software Architecture, Data Science, or Cloud Infrastructure) with a broad understanding of adjacent technologies.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing across all levels of the organization.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
