Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap, focusing on AI and emerging technologies.
- Lead the research and development of scalable machine learning models and predictive algorithms.
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate high-level vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and grow a team of world-class data scientists and engineers.
- Evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) to assess their relevance to our portfolio.
- Ensure all innovation initiatives adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within AI, Machine Learning, or Product Strategy.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep technical knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience managing budgets over $5M and leading cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field preferred.
