Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overarching strategic vision for all 2026 product launches and technological milestones.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless alignment with the 2026 roadmap.
- Identify emerging market trends and integrate them into our long-term innovation pipeline.
- Manage a multi-million dollar budget dedicated to future initiatives and research & development.
- Present quarterly progress reports to the C-suite and Board of Directors.
- Mitigate risks and pivot strategies dynamically in response to global tech shifts.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and high performance across all departments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-year projects from ideation to successful launch.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire diverse, global teams.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, spatial computing, and next-gen infrastructure.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing large-scale corporate budgets.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build structured frameworks out of visionary concepts.
