Job Description
We are at the precipice of a technological paradigm shift. At Nexus Horizon Systems, we don't just react to the future; we architect it. We are seeking a Director of 2026 Strategy to lead our long-term visioning and roadmap execution. In this pivotal role, you will define the strategic pillars that will guide our organization through the next decade, specifically focusing on the critical year 2026 and beyond.
Your mission is to bridge the gap between emerging technologies—such as generative AI, quantum computing, and advanced biotech—and our core business objectives. You will work closely with C-suite executives, R&D leaders, and product teams to ensure our infrastructure is future-proofed for the demands of 2026.
If you are a visionary leader with a passion for forecasting and a proven track record in strategic planning, we want to hear from you.

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure resource allocation supports the 2026 objectives.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring buy-in and clear understanding.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against the 2026 strategic milestones.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership roles within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic roadmaps for organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with emerging technologies and their potential business applications (e.g., AI, Blockchain, IoT).
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Policy, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
