Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of long-term corporate strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize shareholder value.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth industry research and competitive landscape analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Financial Modeling: Build complex financial models and scenarios to evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and capital investments.
- Project Management: Oversee cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.
- Executive Reporting: Present clear, data-backed insights to the Board of Directors and C-level executives.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, government entities, and industry leaders to expand our market influence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter’s Five Forces).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior leadership.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Los Angeles office 3 days a week.
