Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and execute the overarching 2026 technology vision and roadmap.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) into future business models.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align future technology investments with long-term corporate goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of forward-thinking engineers, researchers, and product strategists.
- Forecast industry shifts and market disruptions to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.
- Present quarterly strategy updates, ROI projections, and milestone achievements to the board of directors.
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading tech incubators and academic research institutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, or strategic innovation roles.
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting, designing, and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Deep technical understanding of next-generation paradigms (AI/ML, Web3, Spatial Computing).
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-paced tech environment or top-tier consulting firm.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business value.
