Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the comprehensive AI and Machine Learning roadmap aligned with our 2026 corporate vision.
- Lead a high-performance, cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, including advanced LLMs and generative AI, for seamless enterprise integration.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with overarching business goals and revenue targets.
- Ensure all AI solutions are highly scalable, secure, and compliant with global data privacy regulations.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure the ROI and operational success of AI deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a dedicated focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling AI products from conception to enterprise-wide deployment.
- Deep technical understanding of modern AI architectures, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic forecasting and building multi-year technology roadmaps.
