Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI roadmap for the organization, specifically targeting milestones for 2026.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge machine learning models into core business operations.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies, assessing their viability for implementation within the next 24 months.
- Establish governance frameworks and ethical guidelines for AI usage to ensure compliance and fairness.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Oversee the R&D of proprietary algorithms designed to give Apex Horizon Labs a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI solutions in a commercial environment.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to boards of directors and investors.
- Relevant advanced degree (PhD or Master's) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
