- Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align cross-functional initiatives with the long-term vision.
- Design scalable operational frameworks that support exponential growth over the next three years.
- Oversee the implementation of pilot programs aimed at future-proofing our technology and infrastructure.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and buy-in.
- Monitor KPIs related to strategic initiatives and adjust the roadmap based on performance data and market shifts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or a related executive leadership role.
- Proven experience leading organizational change and managing complex, multi-year projects.
