- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for Nexus 2026, focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing integration.
- Leadership: Lead a high-performance cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product strategists to drive innovation.
- Product Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and post-market analysis.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to secure budget, resources, and strategic partnerships.
- Trend Analysis: Identify emerging market trends and technological advancements to keep Nexus 2026 ahead of the curve.
- Culture Building: Foster a culture of excellence, agility, and continuous improvement within the engineering and product teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior leadership roles within the technology sector, with a proven track record of launching high-impact products.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Software Architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Agile Mindset: Proven experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
