Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, aligning AI capabilities with core business objectives.
- Architecture Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and future-proof infrastructure systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, product, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive execution.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging technologies and trends relevant to the 2026 timeline, integrating them into our development cycles.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence, guiding high-performing teams through the complexities of high-stakes development.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential technical bottlenecks and strategic risks before they impact the timeline.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or AI strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership or directorial capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of machine learning models, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and scalable system design.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating abstract future concepts into actionable, executable strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including non-technical executives.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to pivot strategies in response to rapidly changing technological landscapes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
