Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning long-term goals with business objectives.
- Lead the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and advanced automation into core products.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing, Generative AI) for feasibility and competitive advantage.
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to drive innovation.
- Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and the board.
- Oversee R&D initiatives to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven expertise in AI architecture, system design, and large-scale deployment.
- Strong background in strategic planning, forecasting, and technology trend analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience leading diverse, remote-first teams and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
