Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026+ technology roadmap, focusing on Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Neural Interfaces, and Quantum-Safe Cryptography.
- Technical Visionary Leadership: Bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, translating complex future concepts into actionable engineering milestones.
- R&D Management: Lead a high-performance team of researchers and architects in developing proprietary algorithms for predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical visions to C-suite executives, investors, and industry partners to secure funding and buy-in for ambitious long-term projects.
- Partnerships & Innovation: Identify and forge partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve in emerging tech trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Physics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or system architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or executive advisory capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, and the future trajectory of Generative AI.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into scalable business strategies with a 5+ year horizon.
- Leadership: Exceptional mentorship skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performance engineering teams.
