- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for emerging technologies.
- Lead high-level research into Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Autonomous Systems.
- Collaborate with product management to define product features for the future market.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation.
- Prioritize R&D initiatives to ensure competitive advantage in the tech landscape.
- Present future-state scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy or product management.
- Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging tech trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term vision and scalability.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
