- Drive innovation through hackathons and open-source initiatives
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching $50M+ tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and research labs
- Experience with patent strategy and IP monetization
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals
