- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and influence technology adoption decisions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to access cutting-edge innovations
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence C-suite executives
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or equivalent)
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation
