- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technology trends with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of AI-driven operational models.
- Identify emerging technologies (Quantum, AR/VR) and assess their potential for integration.
- Manage a budget of $10M+ for innovation labs and pilot programs.
- Drive stakeholder communication and secure buy-in for long-term strategic shifts.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or business development.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Tech) preferred.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, cloud computing, and emerging tech trends.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
