Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategy for the next three years, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to drive innovation.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Executive leadership to ensure technology investments yield maximum ROI.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies for the 2026 rollout.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a C-suite or Director-level role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), AI/ML frameworks, and system scalability.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying market trends and translating them into successful product strategies.
