Responsibilities
- Define and execute a forward-looking technology roadmap aligned with business objectives for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the integration of predictive AI models to optimize operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Oversee research and development initiatives focused on emerging tech stacks (e.g., Web3, Metaverse frameworks).
- Cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators to stay ahead of industry disruption.
- Design scalable systems that support a distributed, asynchronous global workforce.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and data governance standards across the enterprise.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a C-level or VP capacity.
- Deep understanding of the 2026 technology horizon, including AI evolution, automation, and digital transformation.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling tech teams and managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping in high-growth environments.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
