Your Mission:
Lead the architectural direction for our flagship product, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration across all neural interfaces. You will collaborate with a world-class team of engineers, designers, and futurists.
Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize the technical vision and architectural standards for the 2026 product suite.
- Design robust, scalable, and secure microservices architectures to handle high-throughput data streams.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to next-gen cloud-native environments.
- Mentor and coach mid-level and junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct architectural reviews and code audits to ensure compliance with security best practices.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software architecture, with a focus on large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Rust, Go, TypeScript) and AI integration frameworks.
- Experience with quantum-safe cryptography or zero-trust security architectures is a major plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
