Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, identifying emerging trends and technologies that will shape our product landscape by 2026.
- System Architecture Design: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable, distributed AI systems capable of handling next-generation workloads.
- Lead Engineering Excellence: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and technical mentorship.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency for real-time applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and integrating cutting-edge frameworks and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks. Experience with MLOps and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term and architect systems that are flexible enough to adapt to the rapid pace of technological change.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse technical teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
