Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead the research and adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Spatial Computing.
- Oversee the architectural transition to scalable, cloud-native systems to support projected growth.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, encouraging cross-departmental collaboration on experimental projects.
- Manage the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology leadership.
- Proven experience in building and scaling technology strategies for a 2026 vision.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML integration, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong background in change management and leading diverse, high-performance teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- PMP or similar advanced technical certification is highly preferred.
