Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns current innovations with the projected needs of the year 2026, focusing on Generative AI 2.0 and Edge Computing.
- AI Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee the architectural design of next-generation neural networks and large language models designed to exceed current GPT capabilities.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Biotech Integration) and assess their potential impact on our core business models by 2026.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future tech concepts to investors and board members to secure funding for long-term R&D initiatives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Establish ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for autonomous systems and deepfakes in preparation for global regulatory shifts in 2026.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, hiring top-tier talent from top universities and research labs.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Planning.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and successfully pivoting product lines accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
