Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive 5-year technology and AI strategy roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping breakthrough technologies for the 2026 market cycle.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AGI, Sustainable Energy Systems) for potential acquisition or integration.
- Manage relationships with key technology partners, venture capital firms, and academic institutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive buy-in for long-term projects.
- Establish KPIs for innovation labs and measure the ROI of new technology implementations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, specifically in Strategy, R&D, or Product Development.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or technologies ahead of market trends.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
